Art. 6, para 1, letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.” These are the cases of processing personal data (full name, e-mail address, telephone number) when submitting inquiries about the prices of specific products and submitting inquiries of the same and / or other nature from the Contacts section of the website. Art. 6, para 1, letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation – “processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.” In certain cases, personal data (e-mail address, name, telephone number) may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests, while the Company complies with the restrictions of the General Data Protection when processing on such grounds.
